Harpley Dental accepts all private health funds participating with HICAPS, allowing eligible rebates to be processed on the spot at checkout. No forms and no waiting for reimbursement.
Depending on your treatment and eligibility, your private health fund may cover some or all of the cost. Any remaining gap will be payable out of pocket. Please remember to bring your private health fund card with you on the day.
We’re a preferred provider for CBHS, nib and their subsidiary members, which means eligible members can get more from their Extras cover. Depending on your level of cover, annual limits and waiting periods, you may have access to agreed rates on eligible dental treatments, helping reduce your out of pocket costs and make your Extras limits go further.
Eligible treatments may include: check ups & cleans, fillings, mouthguards, root canal treatment, minor dental surgery and urgent dental care. Your rebate will depend on your individual policy and eligibility, so please check with your health fund or speak with our team if you have any questions about your cover.
Afterpay lets eligible patients divide the cost of eligible dental treatment into 4 equal instalments.
Harpley Dental proudly supports eligible patients through a range of government-funded dental programs.
The CDBS helps eligible children access a range of basic dental services through Medicare. It provides up to $1,158 in dental benefits over two consecutive calendar years for eligible children aged 0–17 and if the family receives Family Tax Benefit Part A or certain other Australian Government payments. Eligibility is assessed by Services Australia.
If eligible, your child may receive general dental services such as examinations, X-rays, cleans, fillings, fissure sealing and extractions, bulk billed up to the applicable CDBS benefit limits.

Harpley Dental accepts eligible Victorian dental vouchers, including VEDS and VGDS, which can help eligible patients access subsidised dental care.
Eligibility, treatment coverage and any patient contribution depend on the applicable voucher and program requirements. If you have a valid Victorian dental voucher, bring it with you to your appointment so our team can assist with the next steps.
